The Kent Wildlife Trust have launched their annual Wildlife Gardening Awards Scheme on 21st March and we are pleased to announce Tunbridge Wells Borough Council are again supporting the scheme. For the chance to win awards, apply now!

We have the facilities to organise your company or organisations team building days. A wide range of packages are available, all of them based outdoors, on sites situated throughout the borough of Tunbridge Wells and the High Weald in Kent.

Last year the charity Butterfly Conservation ran a public survey for the migrant Humming-bird Hawk-moth and Painted Lady butterfly. They are continuing the survey throughout 2009 and the early signs are that it will be a much better year.

Plantlife is launching a public participation survey on non-native invasive aquatic plants. They aim to gather useful data about the extent of the continuing sale of such plants in garden centres and their distribution in the wild, as well as to raise public awareness of the problems associated with non-native invasive aquatic plants.
