The Kent High Weald Partnership has the facilities to organise your company or organisation's team building days. A wide range of packages are available, all of them based outdoors on sites situated throughout the borough of Tunbridge Wells and the High Weald in Kent.

We offer the environmentally conscious organisation the opportunity to have their training solution focused around a real getting your hands dirty project. Tasks will vary on availability and season, but are all stimulating, fun, effective, and time well spent in the stunning High Weald Countryside.

Work will focus on working together as a team, delegating responsibility and managing time, resources and communicating effectively, in a fun and innovative way with an end result to review.

Our team building days are tailor-made to suit your organisations needs. All training, tools and safety equipment will be provided and staff will be present throughout the day to ensure your safety and enjoyment.

In addition to our conservation activities, we can also offer meeting room facilities for up to 30 people at our office site, located in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of the 300 acre National Pinetum at Bedgeburry. The room is perfect for presenting and classroom based team building exercises.
