A good way to explore the High Weald is on foot.

The High Weald is a stunning area to walk as the constantly changing height and terrain gives ever changing views and variety of walking.

We recommend you take an Explorer 1:25,000 series map with you. Most footpaths are well way marked, however it is very easy to get lost as many parts of the High Weald are very rural.
