The Main Aims- to make healthy, nutritious, locally grown fresh produce, available to the whole community by the building of new food growing spaces. Fresh produce is sold, given away or exchanged at the sites involved or sold at local farmers markets and other events.

Food4Thought project has helped develop an interest in eating healthily from a young age by working with children and their parents. Working on the growing plots on a regular basis provides a great exercise workout!
