Barnett's Wood Local Nature Reserve

Barnett's Wood Local Nature Reserve lies on the edge of Tunbridge Wells, in High Brooms. The reserve consists of mixed broadleaf woodland, unimproved wildflower meadows, ponds and hedges.

You can find the reserve by following the signposts from the junction of Yew Tree road and Powdermill lane.

The reserve is being managed on behalf of Tunbridge Wells Borough Council by the Kent High Weald Project with the help of local volunteers.

Come along on one of the weekend volunteer projects. Help take care of a beautiful peice of countryside, learn new skills and meet like-minded people.
